Sad news this weekend of Portsmouth’s greyhound stadium being set to close for redevelopment. The huge monolith of wood is quite the landmark as you drive on to the island via the M275 and despite being a little run down the place is full of old character and by the sounds of it raises a lot of money for charity directly and in-directly.
Hopefully the Southsea Gent’s excursion will not be effected.
