There is still time to catch the summer exhibition by the Portsmouth & Hampshire Art Society located at Portsmouth Cathedral. The exhibition contains work by many of the society members and is well worth a visit before it ends on the 10th August.
The exhibition is open 9am to 5pm daily and is free entry. The photos below are by Tina Kerslake on the opening night.

Hi!
I’ve visited Portsmouth Cathedral this summer on August 2nd. It has turned out that there was this amazing exhibition with so many beautiful paintings. I think that there were many talented painters.
I was wondering if all the paintings were sold and if not, if there was still a way to buy one?
I don’t know at all if it’s affordable for me but I’d like to try! I was really attracted to one of the painting which represented the sea, if I remember well, in orange and red tons. There was an other one which was very similar but it blue tons.
