Musician Andrew Foster was brought up in Havant but has since lived in Portsmouth for a few years now. Andrews song “City Speed” is a love letter to Portsmouth with many references of the city in its lyrics.

Andrew has been busy of late, he’s just released a new EP titled ‘New Criterion’ and has recently supported Jack Sovaretti at the Wedgewood Rooms.

Andrew describes the EP as “the most optimistic EP ive ever done by a long shot. I’m not afraid to admit i like good pop music, but this is the first time ive properly allowed myself to do it. David Bowie, Coldplay, Charlene Soraia’s more Jazzy side, and Richard Hawley have all made a slight mark on this EP.”
