As we mentioned previously, aspex Gallery have teamed up with Portsmouth Guildhall with a brand new exhibition space entitled aspex Guildhall that brings contemporary arts from the southern region to the centre of the city. The new gallery is located in the basement of the Guildhall and opens officially this evening with the preview viewing of a new exhibition by Southampton based visual artist Jonny Hannah. Jonny Hannah grew up in Dunfermline & studied at the Cowdenbeath College of Knowledge, Liverpool Art School & then the Royal College of Art. For the last sixteen years he has been a freelance illustrator, & is represented by the Heart Agency in London & New York. His many clients include The Sunday Telegraph, The New York Times & The St. Kilda Courier. You can find out more about the exhibition HERE.

The preview is this evening from 6-8pm and the exhibition runs from 17th June to 17th August 2014.
