Fluid Motion Theatre Company are holding a theatrical summer school to take place on-board HMS Warrior in Portsmouth this summer. The summer school is a really unique experience as participants will able to use many different spaces onboard the historic ship, including spaces that would not normally be available to members of the public (the Captain’s cabin for example). The summer school gives young people the chance to work with professional theatre directors from Fluid Motion, build on their drama skills and create a small public performance at the end of the sessions.
We’ve worked with Fluid Motion on a few projects over the years and they have always delivered really fun and exciting theatre for young people so this summer school is highly recommended. Also, if you are out that way, Fluid Motion are also hosting another theatre summer school at the amazing Milestones Museum in Basingstoke, using the museum’s recreated streets as a stage, find out more HERE.
The summer school will take place from Tuesday 9th August to Thursday 11th August and run from 10:00am to 3:00pm and cost for the three days is £60 per child and £50 per sibling. Open to children aged 11-16.
