PORTSMOUTH & SOUTHSEA'S No.1 for ARTS, CULTURE & LIFESTYLE

Day of the Dead at Al’Burrito

The guys at Al’burrito LOVE Hallowe’en, so once again they’re throwing the best fancy dress party – and what better to go with the Mexican food, than a Day of the Dead theme?

But don’t rock up in your shop-bought witch or vampire outfit; this competition awards the best-dressed prize to home-made costumes only. There’ll be live DJs playing funky tunes from 8pm and special Hallowe’en drinks at the bar for your troubles.

In Mexico, ‘DÍa de los Muertos’ is a multi-day public holiday, a time to honour the dead. But in Southsea we have just one night, October 29 – so make it count!

Admission is free. More information can be found on Al’burrito Bar’s Facebook event.
