PORTSMOUTH’S ANNUAL WELLBEING FESTIVAL RETURNS

NOTE: This event is for University of Portsmouth students and staff only.

The University of Portsmouth’s Wellbeing Festival this year has the theme of celebrating the five ways to wellbeing: connect, be active, take notice, keep learning, give. The festival is on Wednesday 15 February from 1pm–4pm at 3rd Space, Students’ Union where you can come along and join in with different activities & workshops and meet amazing people to demonstrate, promote, showcase and celebrate all the different ways you can support your own wellbeing. There will be juggling, hula hooping and yoga, great food to help boost your mood, massage and manicure tasters and much more.
