Journeys Festival Portsmouth are holding a free talk at MAKE in Fratton on Friday 27th April as part of this year’s festival events. Shamila Dhana from the British Red Cross will discuss the issues of identity that are experienced by refugees and asylum seekers living in Portsmouth and across the UK. The conversation is the first in a new series presented as part of the Journeys 2018 programme, which celebrates the artistic and cultural contributions that refugee and asylum seeker artists make to our society.
