Bonzo is a brand new open studio space for creatives to work, buy materials and get inspired. The goal is to provide everyone with the tools, knowledge and location to create great projects and learn new skills. This has been tried before at various levels, but nothing so grand as Bonzo on Southseas main strip. With hot desks so you can just plug in and get to work, wi-fi to keep you connected, a screen printing carousel at your disposal and even space to sell your work. The guys at Bonzo have really pulled together a premium creative business experience here. You could even effectively run your business from their premises with everything at your disposal. And if that’s not enough they run full workshops in Adobe Creative Suite and Screen Printing. I’m all over getting in some screen printing time I’ll tell you that much.

You can come down simply to chill out and use the free WiFi, learn a new skill by attending one of our workshops, rent a Hot Desk to run your freelance business from or simply buy materials.”

The studio opens this Wednesday May 4th 2011 so pop along and say hi and then there is an opening party this Saturday 11th May with a few drinks and an opportunity to meet the people behind it all and ask them some questions, or even join up.
